- A contribuição é original, inédita e não está sendo avaliada para publicação; caso contrário, justificar em "Comentários ao Diretor".
- Os arquivos para submissão estão em formato Adobe Acrobat (pdf).
- O texto está em espaço simples; usa uma fonte de 12-pontos; emprega itálico em vez de sublinhar (exceto em endereços URL); com figuras e tabelas inseridas no texto, e não em seu final.
- Indicações de autoria foram removidas do documento, com o uso de "o Autor", ano na bibliografia e notas de rodapé, em vez de nome do autor, título do documento, etc.
