O agir humano como um desvio necessário do equilibrio contigente

Abstract

O enfoque no agir humano, como um desvio necessário à manutenção do equilíbrio contingente do sistema, deve perpassar pela análise das características e dos fundamentos de diferentes correntes éticas, que servem de 'pano de fundo' para o convívio moral dos agentes, nos ambientes organizacionais e sociais (sistemas interagentes). Em outros termos, como essa forma de criação e socialização de um conhecimento organizacional, vista como fundamento para o desenvolvimento das ciências administrativas, ancorada numa fundamentação ou nas diferentes correntes éticas, pode criar um conjunto de valores aceitos e justificados moralmente num ambiente interno de uma organização, e de que forma o agir humano poderá ser exteriorizado numa sociedade, uma vez que os atores que participam de um sistema organizacional são os mesmos que atuam no ambiente social de uma comunidade, estado, país, e no mercado global. Isto é, de que forma o agir humano, com base numa ética justificadora do ato moral, pode contribuir para o equilíbrio dinâmico do sistema contingencial.

The human act focus, as a necessary deviation to the maintenance of the contingent balance of the system, should go through the characteristcs analysis and the fundamentais of the different current ethics, that serve as a 'scenario' to the moral sociability of the agents, in the organizational and social environments (interacting systems). In other terms, how this creation form socialization of na organizational knowledge, seen as fundamental to the development of administrative sciences, anchored in a fundamentation or in the different ethic currents, it can create a set of acceptable values and moralitly justified in an internai environment of an organization, and in what way the human act could be exteriorized in a society, once the actors that participate in an organizational system are the same that act in the social environment of a comunity, state, country and in the global market. That is, from what way the human act, based in a justified ethic of the moral act, can contribute to the dinamic balance of the contingental system.
