FUNDO CONSTITUCIONAL DE FINANCIAMENTO DO NORTE, SUA GESTÃO E ESTRUTURAÇÃO ADMINISTRATIVA

Abstract

Os Fundos Constitucionais de Financiamento foram criados com um intuito primordial para a sociedade: promover o desenvolvimento regional, seja ele na região Norte, Centro-oeste ou Nordeste. Na atualidade, as regiões Norte, Centro-Oeste e Nordeste possuem o seu tipo de financiamento: na região Norte o FNO, Centro-Oeste o FCO e nordeste o FNE. O presente trabalho pontuará a gestão do FNO, por meio da instituição financeira responsável, Banco da Amazônia. Assim, esta pesquisa tem como proposta verificar a eficácia da gestão do FNO para que esse Fundo atinga seus objetivos.

Constitutional Financing Funds were created with a primary purpose for society: to promote regional development, whether in the North, Midwest or Northeast. At present, the North, Midwest and Northeast regions have their type of financing: in the North region the FNO, Midwest the FCO and northeast the FNE. This paper will punctuate the management of the FNO, through the responsible financial institution, Banco da Amazônia. Thus, this research aims to verify the effectiveness of the management of the FNO to achieve this fund. In addition, the objective is to examine, through data from the Fund's Management Report, the effectiveness of FNO's credit policy management, in pursuit of income, employment and tax growth, from 2013 to 2017, in the Region. North. The methodology used for the development of the study is based on a bibliographic, exploratory and documentary research through a qualitative approach. From the survey data, we sought to determine whether the management of the Fund, promoted by the Bank of Amazonia, contributes to the achievement of the Federal Government's objectives for the development of the Northern Region.
