Mudança em instituições hospitalares: análise do processo e estudo da ação do administrador hospitalar

Abstract

The project consists in identifying and characterizing the strategic change process in complex health care organizations in the city of São Paulo and aims to make an internal analysis of the limiting and facilitating factors involved in the process, as well as a discussion about the action and the real role of administrators and managers concerning this context.

O projeto consiste em identificar e caracterizar os processos de mudança estratégica em instituições hospitalares complexas e de grande porte do município de São Paulo, a fim de analisar os fatores internos limitadores e impulsionadores do processo, bem como discutir a ação e o papel efetivo do gestor hospitalar nesse contexto.
