Cultura e organizações no Brasil

Abstract

The article works in the beginning with theories of organizational culture, specially with those that seek to compare international cultures. From this point, one take account of the vision that these theories present of Brazil, followed by the comparison with the main anthropological and sociological theories of Brazilian cultures. To conclude, a psychoanalytical framework is used in a prospective sense.

O artigo trabalha inicialmente com teorias de cultura organizacional, especialmente com aquelas que procuram comparar culturas internacionais. A partir disso, considera-se a visão que tais teorias tem do Brasil, para em seguida compará-la com as principais teorias antropológicas e sociológicas, de cultura brasileira. A título de conclusão, usa-se um referencial psicanalítico prospectivo.
