Regulatory framework on payment for environmental services in Brazil

Abstract

Conducted by FGVces in partnership with Imazon and the Climate Observatory, this study aimed to map and analyze laws on payment for environmental services at the federal and state levels in Brazil, focusing on environmental services related to forests, as well as bills in pending in the legislature.
