Boas práticas regulatórias: a situação do Brasil como avaliada pela OCDE

Abstract

O objetivo dos autores é analisar, em perspectiva histórica, o tema da regulação na OCDE, com foco na situação brasileira em relação às recomendações e diretrizes da Organização. Serão analisados documentos normativos e estudos analíticos produzidos pela OCDE, com destaque para aqueles exclusivamente direcionados ao tema de boas práticas regulatórias

The authors' purpose is to analyze, from a historical perspective, the theme of regulation in the OECD, focusing on the Brazilian situation in relation to the Organization's recommendations and guidelines. Normative and descriptive documents produced by the OECD will be scrutinized, with emphasis on those exclusively focused on the theme of good regulatory practices.
