El camino se hace al andar: la trayectoria de las multinacionales brasileñas
Abstract
This paper analyzes the advantages of emerging market multinationals. It analyzes the internationalization process of 12 Brazilian multinational firms within a historical context and identifies the comparative advantages and disadvantages. It highlights that what distinguishes the internationalization of Brazilian firms - and that characterize their way of doing things - is their management model use, which is based on a unique combination of organizational competencies and management style.
