Abstract

This dissertation seeks to demonstrate the effectiveness of the actions of Financial Education as a positive factor for the private pension companies. For this work, we used a field survey in a private pension company's electrical system. The crossing of the quantitative evidence suggests that the level of understanding of the product is the lowest security level of interest on the subject. Pension funds are nonprofit organizations that administer the benefits of active participants and beneficiaries. Thus, each participant has the right to be informed of events that involve your pension plan with respect to the management of financial and actuarial. At this point is that the entity needs to implement actions using clear and objective language, avoiding flowery language and actuarial. The results show that financial education programs, significantly influence the decisions of your target audience and contribute to the understanding of the private pension products.
