Os componentes psicopatológicos das toxicomanias

Abstract

Este trabalho se propôs a defender a hipótese de que a toxicomania expressa diversos componentes psicopatológicos: psicótico, maníaco-depressivo, perverso, obsessivo-compulsivo, etc. Além disso, incluiria também um componente normal. No primeiro capítulo foi apresentado a definição de alguns termos, e ilustrado sumariamente diversas contribuições no campo científico em geral. No segundo capítulo estudou-se especificamente e de forma mais exaustiva a contribuição da psicologia do drogadicto a partir de uma orientação psicanalítica e fenomenológica. Nele a hipótese desta dissertação foi discutida e fundamentada teoricamente. No terceiro capítulo foi apresentado a contribuição de um serviço especializado no atendimento psicoterápico de adolescentes drogadictos - O Serviço de Liberdade Assistida do Juizado de Menores da Comarca do Rio de Janeiro. Por fim, no quarto e último capitulo, o autor desta dissertação apresentou sua própria contribuição no estudo das toxicomanias, a partir da apresentação do psicodiagnóstico de um adolescente drogadicto atendido no meSJl110 serviço acima referido. Aqui foi ilustrado na pratica a hipótese desta dissertação.

The purpose of this study was to defende the hypothesis that the drugaddiction shows differents psychopathological components such as: psychothic, maniac-depressive, psychopathic, obsessive-compu1sive, etc. Besides there's a normal component. In the first chapter some definitions and different genera1sciéntific approaches about drugaddiction prob1em were presented. Need1ess to say that an exhaustive revision of 1iterature wasn't done. In the second chapter it was specifically studied the drugaddiction psychology. Here we tried to do an exhaustive study. The orientation was psychoana1itic and phenomenological. In this chapter the hypothesis was discussed and established theoretically. In the third chapter the contribution of a specialized service in psychotherapy of drugaddicted ado1escents was presented. This psychological guidance is provided by the judge for minors of Rio de Janeiro state. In the forth and last chapter the author of this study presented his own contribution. lt was analysed the psychodiagnosis of one drugaddicted ado1escent that was attended in the same service referred above. Here the hypothesis was illustrated in practice.
