O processo de autogestão do grupo de psicólogos da Secretaria Municipal de Educação

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo estabelecer uma análise da prática dos psicólogos na Secretaria Municipal de Educação do Rio de Janeiro, durante os anos de 1983, 1984 e início de 1985. Descreve o processo vivido pelos psicólogos, em busca de reconhecimento profissional e de autonomia técnico-administrativa, na construção de uma identidade profissional, do papel e função do psicólogo na estrutura oficial de ensino da SME do Rio de Janeiro. Nesse processo, identificamos a relação de trabalho do psicólogo com o pedagogo num campo eminentemente pedagógico, as contradições existentes no grupo de psicólogo ao longo de seu processo de desenvolvimento profissional e a ameaça vivida pelo instituído a partir da organização de um grupo instituinte, que procura contribuir para a transformação de instituição onde atua. The present work has the finality of establishing na analysis of the practice of psychologists in the Educational County Board of Rio de Janeiro, during the years 1983, 1984 and the beginning of 1985. It describes the process observed by the psychologists, in the search of professional recognition and technical-administrative authonomy, in the establishment of a professional identity of the psychologist’s roll and function in the official structure of education in the Educational County Board of Rio de Janeiro. In this process, we relate the work of the psychologist to that of the pedagogue, in an eminently pedagogical field, the contradictions found within the psychologists group during their professional development process and the menace to what is established, created by the organization of a new group which desires to cooperate with the view of transforming the existing systems.
