Tecnologia 5G como rede de infraestrutura no Brasil

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca apresentar uma reflexão sobre o avanço da tecnologia de internet móvel proporcionada pelo Sistema 5G com uma abordagem sobre o sistema de telecomunicações entendido como integrante da Rede de Infraestrutura e dos seus desafios no mercado brasileiro, aproveitando a fase de concessão da rede para o mercado privado por meio do leilão que está sendo discutido e desenhado pelo Governo Brasileiro, trazendo uma abordagem conceitual sobre Infraestrutura em geral e do setor de telecomunicações. Passa pela reflexão do crescimento econômico a partir do investimento em infraestrutura na tecnologia 5G que, segundo estudos do Banco Mundial e do Fórum Econômico Mundial, pode ser alcançado seja pelos serviços diretos prestados pelo setor de telecomunicações, seja pelo reflexo destes serviços no comércio ou na produção industrial. Por fim, apresentamos uma abordagem acerca das inovações tecnológicas que podem ser obtidas com a infraestrutura destinada ao uso da quinta geração da internet móvel (5G), em suas múltiplas aplicações e possibilidade.

This paper present a reflection on the advancement of mobile internet technology provided by the 5G System with an approach to the telecommunications system understood as part of the Infrastructure Network and its challenges in the Brazilian market, taking advantage of the network concession phase to the private market through the bidding that is being discussed and designed by the Brazilian Government, bringing a conceptual approach on Infrastructure in general and the telecommunications sector. It passes a reflection of economic growth from the investment in infrastructure in 5G technology that, according to studies by the World Bank and the World Economic Forum, can be achieved either by the direct services provided by the telecommunications sector, or by reflecting these services in trade or industrial production. Finally, we present an approach about technological innovations that can be obtained with the infrastructure for the use of the fifth generation of mobile internet (5G), in its multiple applications and possibility.
