Agentes políticos eletivos e Direitos Sociais

Resumo

Propõe-se averiguar a possibilidade de agentes políticos eletivos auferirem direitos sociais inerentes a trabalhadores, à luz do seu caráter histórico e das cláusulas constitucionais de regência. Busca-se, também, através de exame analítico dos dispositivos constitucionais, propor a incompatibilidade de leis que concedem tais direitos sociais àqueles agentes políticos.

One considers to inquire the possibility of agents elective politicians to gain inherent social rights the workers, to the light of its historical character and the constitutional clauses of regency. One searchs, also, through analytical examination of the constitutional devices, to propose the incompatibility of laws that grant to such social rights to those agents politicians.
