Abstract

This paper analyzes the educational process that is built around the disciplinary power. It identifies, under the perspective of the domination formule, the historical conditions that lead to the development of this power mechanism, and its implications. It puts the emphasis on the training. the appraisal. and the classification of human resources as gears of this system. It identifies the features that are common to the power relations inside the school and inside the productive organization. and it underlines the production of the capitalistic subjectivities by means of the mentioned devices.
