Abstract

The studies on entrepreneurship are usually fragmented, with several analysis foci and with presupposed epistemologists and different ontologists. However, efforts already exist of some authors in analyzing such phenomenon through a perspective more integrated. The objective of the present study is to analyze como the founders of Ong Aliança Empreendedora used their relationship networks to get resources and legitimacy for the creation of the referred organization. As base, three theoretical approaches were adopted: relationship networks, vision based resources, and legitimacy. Using the case study strategy, looking for the triangulation of several sources of evidences, to understand how the interaction was felt among the relationship networks, the resources and the legitimacy in the process of creating the social organization. The consistence existence was verified among the theoretical approaches adopted in the study, driven to contemplate not just about the need for understanding the creation of new businesses focused on the entrepreneur, but also for its context.
