Mauro Vieira, the new Brazilian Ambassador to the United States, explains to Pinheiro Ronci why he believes the US and other countries are now seeing Brazil as a privileged interlocutor for dealing with major global issues. He also sees the US as more willing to dialogue with other countries on major international issues.
