Ensino superior de ciências contábeis no Chile: um estudo buscando identificar aspectos relacionados a problemática no Brasil

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi explorar a relação existente entre a bibliografia sobre a educação superior de Ciências Contábeis no Chile e o ensino nos cursos de Ciências Contábeis nas Universidades da Primeira e Segunda Região do país, identificando alguns aspectos relacionados com o ensino de Contabildade no Brasil . (Capítulo I). Na revisão da bibliografia se apresentam algumas considerações gerais sobre a função do profissional Contador, a evolução do ensino de contabilidade no Chile, através de uma abordagem retrospectiva, completando-a com um estudo histórico da legislação que tem regulamentado o ensino superior no país, e os principais problemas do ensino da Contabilidade no Chile (Capitulo II). Em seguida, se apresenta a metodologia utilizada, justificando-se as razões de seu emprego neste tipo de estudo. (Capítulo III). A partir da utilização de um questionário, obtiveram-se os antecedentes necessários para caracterizar o ensino nos cursos de Ciências Contábeis na Primeira e Segunda Região do Chile, partindo-se para uma comparação com o referencial bibliográfico. (Capítulo IV) . Posteriormente, através dos resultados obtidos, busca-se a identificação de alguns aspectos relacionados com o ensino de contabilidade no Brasil. (Capítulo V) . Finalmente, se apresentam o sumário, a análise e as recomendações e sugestões para novas pesquisas. (Capítulo VI).

The purpose of this work was to explore the relationship between the bibliography about superior study of Accounting in Chile, and the teaching of accounting in courses in the Universities of the First and Second Region of country, identifying some aspects relative to the teaching of Accounting in Brazil (Chapter 1). The revision of the bibliography presents some general aspects about the function of a Professional Accountant. It also presents the evolution of teaching accounting in Chile, by means of a retrospective vision, completed by an historic study of laws wich have regulated superior education in the country, and the principal problems of the teaching of accounting in Chile (Chapter 2). Following this we present the methodology used, justifying the reasons of its use in this type of work (Chapter 3). By the use of a questionnaire, we obtained the necessary information about the teaching of the Courses of Accounting in the First and Second Region of Chile, enabling us to make a comparison of the bibliography. Later, we consider the results obtained and search for an identification of some aspects related to the teaching of accounting in Brazil (Chapter V). Finally we present a summary, an analyze, recommendations and suggestions for new studies (Chapter VI).
