Educação empreendedora: um estudo do curso de administração com linha de formação em comércio exterior do CESUPA

Abstract

o tema sobre a Educação Empreendedora será desenvolvido com os alunos do curso de Graduação em Administração com linha de formação em Comércio Exterior do CESUPA, com o objetivo de Investigar a eficácia das iniciativas pedagógicas que conduzem a mudanças no sentido de influenciar o comportamento empreendedor nos alunos. Essas estão estruturadas no Projeto Político e Pedagógico e tem como finalidade proporcionar a consecução do mesmo sob o olhar empreendedor. Procurou-se pesquisar um instrumento que legitimasse essas iniciativas através do comportamento empreendedor, ação que só é possível pelo processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem, logo, com esse encaminhamento, os alunos desenvolverão atitudes, completando assim, a tríade da Competência que é Conhecimento, Habilidade e Atitude. Posteriormente, as informações fornecidas pelas análises servirão para intensificar as iniciativas pedagógicas do curso e legitimar cada vez mais uma educação voltada para a formação empreendedora.

The subject on the Enterprising Education will be developed with the pupils of the course of Graduation in Administration with line of formation in Foreign Commerce of the CESUPA, with the objective to investigate the effectiveness of the pedagogical initiatives that lead the changes in the direction to influence the enterprising behavior in the pupils. These are structuralized in the Project Pedagogical Politician and have as purpose to provide the achievement of the same under the enterprising look. It was looked to search an instrument that legitimized these initiatives through the enterprising behavior, action that is only possible for the process of Teach-Leaming, then, with this guiding, the pupils will develop attitudes, thus completing, the triad ofthe Ability that is Knowledge, Ability and Attitude. Later, the information supplied for the analyses will serve to intensifY the pedagogical initiatives of the course and to legitimize each time plus an education directed toward the enterprising formation.
