Gestão empresarial : aspectos que dificultam ação gerencial estratégica em agências bancárias: o caso do Banco Delta S.A.
Abstract
The purpose of this specific work is the understanding of the difficulties of organizations, which is the base of this case, acting in a strategic way. Even though the efforts of the high business adrninistration on developing actions to manage focusing the strategy. We've been trying to identify those problems, through the analysis of the agencies' managers while handling their activities that engaged on their everyday routines can't work strategically. The research took place through ethnographic, with participate care, followed by the interviews. O presente trabalho é uma tentativa de compreender as dificuldades da organização, que é a base para o estudo de caso, em atuar de forma estratégica. Apesar dos esforços da alta administração em promover ações para uma gestão com foco na estratégia, observa-se uma série de entraves que impedem sua implementação. Busca-se identificar estes entraves, através da análise das dificuldades dos Gerentes de Agências no desenvolvimento das suas atividades, que envolvidos em rotinas, não conseguem atuar estrategicamente. A pesquisa se realizou através de método etnográfico, com observação participante, complementada por entrevistas.
