Abstract

This academic study aims at the search for the discussion of the restriction or conditioning possibilities or the inmates to have the privilege of receiving an intimate visit. The objective of this work is to consider the possibility of the public power to restrain the rights in a special legal relationship of submission to the State power.

Este trabalho acadêmico busca discutir a possibilidade de restrição ou de condicionamento de direitos de detentos, entre eles o de receber visita íntima. O objetivo do estudo é discutir a possibilidade de o poder público restringir direitos em relações jurídicas especiais de sujeição ao poder estatal.
