Direito probatório e ativismo judicial: a transformação do ônus probatório em um direito à prova

The goal of completion of course work is to analyze the matter of evidence as regarding the rules of the burden of proof and the reversal of the burden of proof on consumer protection. Linking these subjects with the theme of judicial activism, a survey of procedural principles and jurisprudence. Will be pursed. O objetivo do trabalho de conclusão de curso é analisar a matéria da prova, no que toca as regras do ônus da prova e à inversão do ônus da prova na defesa do consumidor. Relacionando-as com o tema do ativismo judicial, para isso realizaremos uma pesquisa de princípios processuais e jurisprudência.
